KANNAWIDAN FESTIVAL

Like other places here in the Philippines,we ilocanoes have also an event that makes our fellow citizens remember and to show our different delicacies, crafts and products. This event that I'm talking about is the Kannawidan Festival.

In this event, all the people of Ilocos especially those who have an extraordinary things (animals), those who have their own products (foods, furniture's, crafts, plants) were gathered in the City of Vigan to show their different products.

In this event, Ilocanos were all united and through this event, we will always remember our own products, our own native products.

''CHANGE: IT STARTS WITH ME''

"if you really want to have changes in yourself, you can", this phrase will always be in my mind cause a very special person said this to me when i told her that i want to have some changes in my life,specifically,"my attitude".
for me the world "change" is easy to say but very hard to execute because you need to avoid things that obstruct you in having it. You also need to control yourself, in doing things that can not help you in doping some changes.But as i go on the flow, i can see some changes in myself.
I will pursue what I've started until such time that i can say that i have already change.

My Dream: My Future

"I will become the best soldier in the future", it all started with this simple dream.
Like other kids, i also have a dream.and through the influence of the action movies, toy guns and my uncle.I dreamed to become a soldier.but as i grow up and open another chapters in my life, being a soldier is very dangerous.You will not know if something will happen to you in this field. you need to sacrifice all things,in the case that you're ready to say "goodbye" to your love onesit something bad might happen to you.Cause one of your foot was buried in death.
as i level up and enter my teenage life,being a civil engineer, i think would be better for me to take this career cause i know that it's safer and at the same time you don't need to sacrifice your whole life in this field.
This is not yet the end of my dream, cause like other men I'm also idealizing my future wife.
A wife that would understand me everytime I'm not okay. A wife that comforts me if I'm not. A wife that would always be there besides me and makes me happy. And a wife that stands with me and with my family.
To attain all of my dreams in the future. I will do all of my best in studying.

25th day of january

25th day of January is a very special day to all of us and to all bigueños.
it is the feast of Patron Saint Paul as well as the city fiesta. ISNHS family joined the grand parade especially the faculty staffs and the cat officers.it is amazing marching in a huge crowd hearing their comments.it was very tiring but when you hear their comments it will relieve the tiresome that you felt.
25th day of January is really amazing.Different personalities came here to watch and to participate the said town fiesta.

Reflection

In this grading period, I learned more on HTML tags. I learned how to place a picture on HTML files. I' thi8nk that that is not easy to make but in fact, it was so easy. And this period, I feel that I was very lazy in posting on my blog. But now, I realized that I should to it or else my grade will be affected like in the first grading periods.

SOMETHING NEW IN 2011!!

When New Year comes, every individual expects some changes or something new in their lives - physical appearances, emotional, spiritual, and social.
At the start of January, I have no plans for the whole year. I have no New Years Resolution. But then, the following days, I have thought of the changes and my plans I'm going to make the whole year.
One, I will do my part as a Christian. I will go to church even twice or thrice a month. Next, I will be responsible enough or I will be a better person this time. I will also do my part as a son to our family. And Lastly, I will be good to my classmates before my High School Life ends and I will treasure those moments with my friends for the last three months.

The True Essence of Christmas

Christmas is the time when everybody decorates their houses with different Christmas decors. This is the time when everybody give their gifts to their love ones or relatives. And also, this is the time when everybody forgive and forgets the bad things happened in the whole year round.
We all know that we are celebrating this yearly but the question is, "What is the true essence of Christmas?"
Well for me, the true essence of Christmas is forgiveness because I do really believe that we should forgive those people who had done something wrong to us because they are just human and they commit mistakes like us which is really normal to happen to all of us. We should always remember that our new year will be more wonderful if we are going to forgive and forget those problems that we encountered. And one more thing, we should not wait Christmas just to forgive someone. Just remember that Everyday is Christmas, so forgiveness should be everyday.
Well, that is all my ideas about the true essence of Christmas.
